Round 3: Super Happy Fun Fun Land

EVERYONE

"No, just a guy enjoying a day at Super Happy Fun Fun Land." Deke replied as he led the way towards Route 3. "I ran into Kaida earlier and have been helping her find her way around."

As they neared Route 3, the line split into ten seperate lines, each with its own numbered row. There wasn't any obvious difference between the rows, their main purpose seemed to be shortening the main line.

[Giga-Gar]

"Hmm, this must be almost there if Zanther's clue is anything to go by," Gary said. "Well Deke, I'm sorry but I don't think you can come with us. If you want to call us at the hotel, we're staying at the 583rd floor. Now come on guys! We might not be first, but we're sure aren't going to be last!" With that, he headed off toward row seven.

[Kaida]

"Don't mind him Deke, we haven't found the Portal yet so I don't see why you can't come with us. Besides you know your way around better then anyone on our team." Kaida said clinging onto Deke's arm as they joined the line in row 7.

[Josiah]

((Are you going to do and/or look for anything in particular while on the ride?))

while Gary was heading down Row 7, he looked around to see if he could find anything that looks remotely like a portal

[Kaida]

Not only was Kaida keeping a look out for a portal, she was also looking for more clues. Even though the ones they had indicated this row, it didn't mean that the Portal was here. That and she doubted that they would just have it out in the open.

[Josiah]

No matter how hard they looked, no one could spot anything special about the row while waiting in line.

((I'd update more but, as mentioned in the Saying Hi thread, I don't have a lot of time today. I'll post about the ride itself either tomorrow (if I have time) or Thursday at the latest. If anyone is going to be looking for or doing anything special while on the ride, you need to post saying so before then.))

Since they were all together, they were able to ride as a group. Soon they were surrounded by small individual energy shields and launched into space. They flew through the stary expanse, wizzing past nebulas, planets, asteroids, comets, and more. The view and sensations were amazing, though highly disorienting. Near the middle of their ride, Kaida and Gary briefly spotted something orange that might have been the portal, but they didn't notice it until they were already past it so they didn't get a good enough look to tell for sure. A few minutes later, they could see a glowing red and green planet in the distance. They slowed slightly as it drew nearer. After a quick loop around the planet the group began plummeting downwards towards what looked to be a big landing pad. At the last moment, it opened to reveal a giant pit filled with what looked something like little pieces of soft foam, which the group promptly crashed into.

[Kaida]

"Eeee that was fun" Kaida said after the crash onto some sort of foam. "Hey Deke is there anyway we can go back?" Kaida asked Deke.

[Josiah]

EVERYONE

Deke effortless climbed out of the foam and reached down to help the girls. "Well, we could walk all the way back... But this is a two way ride. We can take it back to The Galactic Transfer Station if you'd like."

[Kaida]

"Thank You" Kaida said taking one of Deke's hands as he helped her up. "Walking back might be better unless we can get off halfway. I saw something that might be the portal but I'm not sure." She said smiling at him. "I'd feel really bad though if we didn't check it out now and turned out to be the portal later on."

[Josiah]

Deke frowned. "I don't think you an stop part way, but you can steer yourself a bit if you try."

[Astral Omega]

Cassi climbed out of the pit of foam, holding her head and shutting her eyes tightly, trying to shake the dizziness. She tripped a little, feeling unsteady. "That was some ride..."

[Kaida]

"If that's the case we should probably walk back and check it out." Kaida said slinging her arm though his. This would defiantly be a better way to enjoy the scenery. "It'd be annoying if it was the portal and we had to get of at the other end, and then walk back or come back here and walk there." She said then looking at the group.
"Should we walk or take the ride back and steer?" She asked the group. "Or we could try splitting up again, although I don't know how if that would work really well considering we all met up her by chance really."
"I'm really glad you stayed with us Deke, we'd probably be totally lost as to where to go and it'd take a lot longer for us to find the portal." She said to Deke, even though the comment was directed at Gary.
