Being resistant to water and powered up from Divine Gift, Hell Fire took little damage from Sporie's attempts at flame dousing. It was dazed for a moment from the impact but recovered quickly.
"Hell Fire, use Armegeddon!" Josiah called before turning his attention back to Kevin and his runes.
((Armegeddon: Takes about 30 seconds for the attack to actually start but once it does it continues for several minutes regardless of what happens to Hell Fire. Large flaming meteors rain from the sky.))
"Virgo, you take care of those runes." Josiah dove to the side, away from Virgo and the runes.
"Heavenly Spear!" Virgo stuck at the runes, detonating them while remaining out of range of the explosion.
((I assume that the mana draining runes would be destroyed, either by Virgo's initial attack or by the exploding runes.))
Meanwhile, Josiah rolled to his feet. "No runes to protect you now so let's try this again. Zodiac Sky!"

(The runes can't affect each other but are indeed detonated by strong attacks, like Virgo's one)
Sporie took advantage of the small stun inflicted on Hellfire by having it's vines burst out from under it and at least immobilize it, then have more squeeze it to either death or recall. If it fail...the tree simply stand there just as the moon begin to rise.
Kevin wasn't bothered by the least at this new onslaught, and a summoning circle got created on a nearby empty area. From it came a dozen or so...things...that looked vaguely like floating kiwi birds...with purple robes...and a purple round hat...and wielding small scythes. Kevin felt the attack somewhere during that time and was somehow much less damaged than by the drained version. Blood was still dripping from his mouth but he was smirking as a dark bolt almost immediately fired from the impact point and headed toward Josiah. Then the Doom Puppet Mages started firing their own homing blasts at him.
(Kevin's counter blast is around half the strenght of Zodiac Sky)

Josiah dove out of the way, narrowly avoiding Kevin's attack. "Virgo, help Hell Fire destroy the plant. I'll be fine on my own."
"Right." Virgo ran towards Hell Fire and Sporie. "Hell Fire, Fireball Charge!" Although immobilized and therefor unable to charge, Hell Fire still surrounded itself in flames, which Virgo hoped would loosen or destroy the vines. "Heavenly Spear!" she also launched an attack of her own against Sporie.
"Looks like it's time to turn things up a notch." Josiah dodged another volley of attacks. "Rayzion, merge with me and form... Perfect Light!"

Mythril's Dragon corruption wore off right as Josiah merged
And after all the troubles I had to summon them... Small energy shields appeared around the little kiwies, but the wave easily broke through them and shredded them into itsy bitsy little kibble n'bits. Kevin however stood right through the attack, who almost harmlessly passed through him.
He looked slightly annoyed at the loss of his summons but smiled as twelve more Doom Puppet Mages exited the summoning circle who was still there.
"Alright...no more games, dodge THIS!"
Josiah felt grabbed by an invisible force who violently threw him on the ground, all attempts to escape not being enough to stop the force from crashing you around. Teleportation works, but the force only try to smash you around again. Meanwhile his cards started floating out of where they were, followed by Kevin chanting a short spell to Corrupt all of his enemies. The little Puppets started lending their demonic strenght to Kevin for future use.
Sporie's vine refused to burn and kept strangling and crushing the fire monster, it also formed another earth shell out of nothing but the Spear broke it again, this time leaving a great wound on the tree but that began to heal already. Sporie retaliated by opening the large eye on the big central flower and gathered energy from the moon, then launching it at Virgo in the form of seven lighting bolts.

Josiah was a little shocked at how easily Kevin had survived Wrath of God* "Since when is dark resistent to light?" he muttered.
Meanwhile, Virgo swung her spear out, deflecting Sporie's attack, and snagging Hell Fire's card. "Hell Fire, return!" As hell fire vanished, several meteors struck sporie head on while others began striking around Kevin and his puppets. Taking advantage of the confusion Virgo stepped forward and held up her hands only inches from Sporie. "Mecha Overdrive!"
While all this was going on, Josiah, struggling against Kevin's magical force, snatched up his remaining cards. Then... "Shine!"

A few meteors started colliding against each other or simply headed off-course away from Sporie but most of them landed on it, breaking and charring some spots of it and overall greatly putting the hurt on it, but as Virgo raised her hand a huge dark barrier formed around Sporie, seemingly absorbing the meteors and the Mecha Overdrive. However it soon turns out that it was an artificial conduit of dark energy since Virgo had a bunch of meteors and her own attack appear around her, all heading toward her.
Kevin was also unaffected by the blinding flash and switched to Josiah again, but he teleported away before his Levitate Toss could do any damage whatsoever. He sighed as twelve more Puppets entered the area from the Summoning Circle, then casted a short spell at the critically hurt Sporie that started mending it's wounds with shadows. Sporie soon added his own heals to speed up the process but it would take time.
He sent the Puppets around to look for Josiah then started a shamanistic ritual as more of his little runic pets come from the circle.

Let's change tactics a bit, first, from now on we use psychic communications only. Also, don't wait for orders from me, if you see something you want to try, go ahead." *Josiah handed Virgo his cards.* "He did something to them, see if you can dispel it."
"I think I can." *Virgo called forth her magic, something she rarely needed to do, purifying the cards.* "They're back to normal now."
"Ok, let's go back. If we hurry we can probably be there before he finishes healing his plant. Take these," *he handed Virgo several of his cards.* "Use them and get rid of that plant for good. I'll keep Kevin busy."
Soon after...
A dark mist fell over over the area where Kevin was standing only to vanish moments later.

Seconds later a large black and purple bird swooped down from the sky, Josiah on its back. Without warning, ten more identical birds appeared around it and, with an ear rending shriek, all of them charged straight at Kevin.
((Omni-Mutation: A Mutation element attack. Creates a large number of clones who all attack the target. Clones are solid and have the same attack power as the original, and for all practical purposes are impossible to tell apart from each other and the original. They vanish once the attack completes, which takes about a minute.)) (Mutation, a glitch element, ignores weaknesses and resistences, partially ignores defense.)
Meanwhile, Virgo snuck close to Sporie and unleashed a new attack. Large bolts of light energy began to rain from the sky on the surrounding area, centered on Sporie.
((Shadows of Heaven: Rains down bolts of light eneregy for a couple of minutes. Bolts fall quickly and are about the size of an average human. Each bolt is 3-5 times as strong as one Heavenly Spear attack depending on how solid the hit is.))

Kevin had ample time to finish his first batch of buffing spells while the mist fell. However his eyes were unaffected by the darkness due to his blood carrying Perfect Vaccine, making him immune to both poison and blindness(There's another he is immune to). His nearby cohort was however vulnerable to both status effect, even though only the poison was practically effective on them for now, since Kevin could inform them of enemies locations, effectively making them "see".
The Guardian was entirely disinterested of Josiah and muttered "Not her again..." before dashing back toward Sporie so fast that even Josiah could only see a blur of shadows. Each and every bolt of light fell into a small portal, reappearing in an unknown area.
Sporie was left to heal itself, safe from harm due to Kevin's extreme speed.

Virgo, who was now hidden behind a tree about a yard away from Sporie, saw Kevin arrive and create a small portal to redirect the Shadows of Heaven attack. Not going to just let him stand there and do it, she stepped out from behind the tree and fired a Mecha Overdrive at Sporie and Kevin.
((The way Virgo is positioned, the Mecha Overdrive will hit Sporie almost instantly since she's right next to it, then keep going in a straight line and hit Kevin. And, unless he's a lot further away from Sporie than I think he is, he still won't be able to avoid it even with his enhanced speed.))

Not quick enough to stop this Mecha Overdrive, Kevin was helpless to save it from the huge wave which crashed on it, ripping the tree apart while it let out Metroid-esque squeals of pain. What was left of it tumbled, then fell back, finally overcome by the ultimate attack.
Kevin portaled a last beam away then went himself into a dark conduit, leading right under the huge ball of light energy he had accumulated from said blasts, hovering at the opposite side of the chosen battleground.
"Lessee...what didn't he use yet...there's chaos, fire, light, darkness, electricity...earth and water...I guess that leaves ice...I'm curious about that."
He portaled back a few meters behind Virgo before quickly saying, "Paralyze Other!" at the same time casting said spell twice at her so she can't escape it's effects. After hopefully immobilizing Virgo he recite another spell in an unknown tongue, causing the previous bunch of compacted light energy to turn into a bunch of compacted ice energy before portalling it at ramming speed above Virgo, crashing unto her.

Midnight Wing dodged most of the puppets' shots, taking only a couple of hits which did barely any damage. (Midnight Wing is half Dark and therefor resistant to dark attacks) "I'm getting really tired of these things." Josiah muttered. He drew his sword and slashed the air in a wide ar, causing a powerful blast of wind to strike the puppets, sending them crashing into the ground far below.

Looking back towards the ground, Josiah saw a giant ball of of ice crash into the forest floor with tremendous force. At the same instant, Virgo appeared at his side, having teleported away just before the attack would have hit her.
He got lucky with his choice of elements. Following Josiah's earlier orders, she spoke only through their psychic link. Not that it matters if he can't hit me.
I'm going in. Do me a favor, stay out of sight and dispell those buffs spells he has at a good time, like right as he's about to dodge my attack. After that, try and dispell that stupid summoning circle.

((And why wouldn't I? Mutation ignores weaknesses and resistences so there's no problems there and I can't see any downsides to dispelling Kevin's buffs. And, if you plan on unleashing that big attack you mentioned when we were IMing keep in mind that:
A: Kevin is gonna get hit before he can use it, unless activation time is less than .5 seconds.
B: Kevin currently has no idea which of the Midnight Wings is real and which is a clone. The real Midnight Wing might not even be attacking (look back to the last time Josiah used Omni-Mutation.
C: Undodgeable or not, Josiah will have a short amount of time to react to Kevin's super attack before getting hit. So if you want to use said attack go ahead and start it but Josiah won't get hit until my post.))

Kevin stood floating above the ground, knowing that she dodged his attack...again. He didn't like to use this, but the desperate situation called for it. Taking a strange seed out of one of his pocket he kept it clenched in his fist, ready for something to happen.
The screech immediately triggered his reaction to consume said seed as quickly as he could, being done just as Virgo's dispell hit, wiping most but not all of his buffs, not that it mattered since everyone immediately got engulfed in a bright light.
After Josiah's eyes open again, he is trapped in a transparent crystal, being unable to move, teleport, or use his cards. To his left another crystal hold Virgo, similarly incapacitated, something that shouldn't be able to happen...
A voice soon echoed from everywhere all around, nobody being able to see the origin of it.
"You came this far...Josiah Lebowitz..."
Kevin suddenly appeared in a flash of light in front of the three crystals, his armor now donning an harmonious mix of white and black, radiating darkness as much as light, his swords still drawn yet looking different...they seem made of Rainbow element but it feels...different...and stronger, infinitely stronger. Josiah could sense an immense power being in Kevin's body, being the same as that of the swords, his armor changed to reflect the element he took...
(Seeds of Pride(item): Multiply damage of user by 7 for all attacks.
Redemption: Universe-element Limit Break-ish spell that cannot miss, cannot be dodged, always hit, pierce all resistances (think Mutation but better) and seal you during the attack, no teleport, move, dodge, attack, etc...you may think it is godmode, in fact it draws half of it's power from the Universe Kevin is in right now, so you're not far from it.)

The real Josiah and Midnight Wing watched from high above as the clones charged at Kevin. Something is wrong here... Years of battle honed experience and intuition kicked in. He's reacting differently than I thought he would. Josiah saw Kevin reach into his pocket. With an increased feeling of forboding, Josiah reacted quickly. This might be a waste but better safe than sorry. Although it'll really suck if I'm wrong... Josiah merged with Midnight Wing and reached for something in his own pocket. A moment later there was a brialliant flash of light...

When Josiah could see again, he found himself trapped inside a large crystal. Virgo was in a similiar situation nearby. Josiah tried to move but found he couldn't and his wings were smashed painfully into his back, hidden from sight. He tried to teleport but it didn't work, not that he had been expecting it to. Surely Kevin had planned for that.
Josiah turned his attention back to the world outside the crystal. Kevin seemed to be taunting him. "And I plan on going a lot further. Go ahead, finish your attack. I never give up, no matter what the situation."
