Oh yeah, Josiah. Something I'd been meaning to ask.

How does the Super League and the Vile League work? For the Super League, is it like some kind of unified alert system, with a central control center at headquarters sending signals to League members alerting them of wrongdoings in their vicinity? How are the villains organized at all? "Oh, today I'm going to go to this sector of the city and wreck it in this manner, who's with me?" Do members try keeping their "super" selves secret, or is it out in the open?

The members of the Super League can send out a general alert to other league members from league HQ. They also have a super computer that monitors news, police radio, etc, and sends out an alert if something especially big/dangerous seems to be taking place. Other than that, the heroes more or less do their own thing and it's up to them to decide how, where, and when they search for crime.

The Vile League is far less organized. Members mostly do what they want, when they want, where they want. The League only exists to give them a place to meet when they feel the need to team up for a major operation. Most villains would be just as happy to defeat each other as they would to defeat the heroes.

As for secret identities, it's really up to each individual hero and villian to decide whether or not to keep their indentities a secret.

Hum...I got an villan idea but no hero to go aginst (the two remaining dosn't seem to be a good fit) so what should I do with mine since I got him made in the RP already? Or try and make one of the 2 remaining work?

If there's still a hero that doesn't have a villain (and didn't list a villian name) you could go off that, regardless of how good of a "fit" it is.

Your right. I've picked Doodle's hero since he was the first of the 2 without a villan. Now if Doodle would hurry up and give him a name...

Hero Name: Glacious (Ok, so its not the most original name ever....)
Real Name: Chris
Text Color: -anything not taken-
Age: 19
Appearance: Looks like a suit of armor covers him, but in many shades of light blue and appears to be made out of ice.
Personality: Usually shy and doesn't stay around for the applause, enjoys saving people and leaving before people notice him.
Powers: Ability to freeze any water or liquid particles into ice on will. He can 'fly'/'float' by affecting the molecules allowing him to rise from 2 inches to 4 feet high.
Origin Story: When he was about 15, he got into some radioactive materials then slipped and fell into a vat of liquid nitrogen chilled to sub-zero. (That he fell into right as it fell opened not causing it to lose any cold at all. Yea...)
Gizmos/Gadgets: To concur his weakness of fire, he designed a wrist that warms up the frozen jets to frigid water to dowse the flames. *Also able to create objects from ice, such as a chain or grapple, ect.*
Arch Enemy: -Fireguy- (Yea, if anyone wants to be my AE, you get to make up your name, because I totally wont do it justice)
