I've been thinking about this for a while... A usual court case. Someone will have to decide who will be who; I'm the grand guy that overturns anything, if I want to.
You guys can make up your own scenarios, but here's the first one.
The plaintiff accuses the defendant of stealing from a 7-11. The defendant works as a clown, and he had to work at a B-day party that day. The plaintiff is suing the defendant $200 and three Twix. The defendant is counter-suing for $3000 dollars because he's been wrongly accused and he wants revenge.
