Jambo! Stevenson, that post suffered from a REALLY bad case of typo-itis, and w00t to Piloswine!
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Jambo! Biology today was great. We were working on this paper in class, and the (substitute) teacher said we could work together, so we took it literally. Some one would call out, "What's number five?" and then someone on the opposite side of the room would say, "Number five's catalyst." and then a bunch of people would write it down, and then someone else would ask, "Anyone know number five?" and half the class would say, "Number five's catalyst!" until everyone had it, and then someone would ask, "What's number ten, anyway?" and the process would begin again. Eventually it got to the point where everyone had all but three of the answers, and then you'd just keep hearing, "Anyone know number fourteen?" "Nope, you got number nineteen yet?" "Uh-uh. What about eighteen?" "No clue. Anyone have fourteen?" over and over again. And then I'm like, "Number fourteen's choloesterol." and then the person next to me asks, "What's number fourteen?" and the person behind them says, "Cholesterol." until that conversation's happened ten times all around the room.
