Boy oh boy, I must admit I've been blown away. I thought I made a big return, but this is special.
Aloha! Been plugging away with school for my own part. Won some mtg events but nothing much to brag about, haha.

Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
Hey.
So this weekend was the marching band trip to Yale, which was super fun but exhausting. Then last night I went to a Ke$ha concert, which was also super fun but exhausting. And I have two prelims (aka midterms) tomorrow. Those are not fun, but still exhausting.
Wheee.
In related news: A bunch of us were hanging out at Haus before the concert started. Chillin' and getting glittered and -ahem- drinking and whatnot. And who should show up but my ex's ex (I still don't remember which one was supposed to be Cheryl and which one was supposed to be Gladys). Like what. She graduated. After my initial shock at seeing her, I resumed getting myself covered in a layer of glitter.
Double related news: I am leaking glitter everywhere.

Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
Moi,
Just posting this real quick to say that I'm leaving for a Girl Scout Camp thing quite soon. I'll be gone all weekend...and I'll have to finish up all of my homework on Sunday evening when I get back. Why can't I do it there? Pretty much all of it requires a computer! Woo.
I suppose it'll be fun...I guess. There's going to be a bunch of younger girls there and I have problems interacting with children...Well, as long as it's not too cold at night and they have hot coffee in the mornings, I think I'll be good.
So, yep. Gotta go and make sure I have everything packed and ready.
Stay radical people!

Hi! It's been a pretty ordinary week for me. But we've got X/Y coming out in a couple days and tomorrow I'm having a waffle party with some friends, which should be pretty awesome. I'm bringing maple syrup because, seriously, generic imitation syrup just doesn't cut it. You've got to have the real thing.

Aloha. I was thinking of going to a waffle party, and then I decided not to. Maybe I should go after all. But then, perhaps not.

Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
Moi,
Gosh, I am so immature...Yesterday my friend and I were walking home from Anime club when we started talking about halibut and my friend decided to pronounce it like "halee-butt" which we gave a few dry "Ha ha"s to. After a few seconds of silence, my friend decides to just say "butt" out of the blue. We both kind of started snickering at first, but then it gradually built up until we were full on laughing.
So, yeah. I laughed way more then I feel like I'm supposed to after hearing the word "butt". It was a good day.
So, since the date is fast approaching, I guess I can talk a bit about Halloween. This year, I had a bit of a revelation. On Halloween, most people dress up in costumes and the like, but this year I decided to do something a bit different. I'm just going to dress up, but not as anything. Just going to put on some nice clothes, a dress shirt, suit vest, tie, decent looking pants, and possibly a flat cap I recently got from my grandmother. I believe I will look rather spiffy come the 31st.
That's all I got for now. Have to go off and finish up a bit of homework.
Stay radical people!

It was lonely... you promised you'd write to me, but you never did... the months passed by, and I still thought of you every day, but you never called. I never got any letters from you.
So eventually, I started to lose faith... I thought you had been killed in that terrible, terrible war. Or maybe that you had forgotten about me. It's been so long, you probably found another girl over there... I never stopped loving you, but I didn't think you cared about me anymore, so welcoming you back just would have been too painful for me... I'm sorry. I'm glad you've come back home *sniff*

Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
Hey.
I went to bed around 4 last night and had to wake up at 7. It was gross. I can do the 3 hours of sleep thing but usually it's more like 6-9 ewwwwwwww waking up before the sun's up I thought I was done with that when I finished high school.
IN OTHER NEWS I'm consistently stressed out and not getting enough sleep and when I'm not doing work I'm doing band so basically nothing's new. Oh, my computer seems to have caught a strange desire to have a butt ton of ads pop up all the time which is really uncool and I had antivirus stuff and it wasn't stopping that and now the antivirus stuff expired so that's even less cool.
Whoooooo back to work.

Hi! No anti-virus is perfect, especially if your subscription expires so it doesn't stay up to date. But even that's not 100% safe. I've got a fully updated copy of Norton and I still got a virus over the summer.
So, other than that trip to Epcot on Sunday, nothing too special happening with me at the moment. Just work, playing through Pokémon (albeit a bit slower than I'd like), and work on more Aurora's Nightmare stuff. And being annoyed when I don't get replies to e-mails. Seriously, some people can't reply to an e-mail to save their lives...

Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
Moi,
Anime club was today. We watched an anime that, while enjoyable, I cannot remember/pronounce/spell it's name for the life of me and talked about having a party next week for Halloween. Also, my friend/club president-in-name said on Thursday, the day of Halloween, we might have a bit of a photo shoot. Sounds interesting.
Also, it was raining after club so my friend and I thought of taking the last bus home. It cleared up a bit and I decided to walk home. I told my friend that if it picked up again, she could laugh at me via text. I picked up after a minute or so of walking and she texted me "Lolololololololololol". I responded with "BRING IT MOTHER NATURE. BRING IT." And you know what? It was not brought. I got home relatively dry. It was a bit chilly on my way home, but not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Booyah.
In other news, I've started to get into Breaking Bad. I've only started watching it very recently and, due to school, I can only watch one or two episodes a day, but I'm starting to see why so many people like it. Definitely will continue to watch it.
Anyway, stay radical people!

Hi! So, I was grading papers today, one of which is a Microsoft Word usage test (I give the students a simple document, they follow a set of instructions to format it in fancy ways). One of the steps was to replace a certain word with a synonym (since Word has that built in thesaurus and all). Easy enough. Except that a couple of people actually replaced it with the word synonym.

Moi,
Oh boy, that's...kind of amazing, Josiah. It really takes a special kind of misunderstanding to accomplish that.
So, I took my ACT (a retake) today. Yeah, it took me eight hours to post about this, it drain me that much. I'll be taking the SAT (again, a retake) next week, so that'll be fun.
After taking both the SAT and ACT last school year, I still can't say which I like more. I don't find the ACT too difficult, but the SAT seems to be easier for me to take. With all of those small little sections, it's great for someone like me with ADD. You're never working on anything for too long that you start to lose focus. Though, I do like the ACT's writing section better...
Anyway, I'm still exhausted. I think I'll sleep well tonight.

I think there's a very clear reason for that. It makes Lysandre cry.
Pokemon.
So yeah I finally finished a while ago and now I've been EV training some guys. Been doing the same in the fourth and fifth gen games so I can bring over some guys from there when the time comes. And of course there's school and work and actually being moderately social...

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.
