Hey.

Aaah. Finals.

One more to go, though. Only had two this semester, since one of my courses is year round, and we didn't have final. We did have an in-class practice MCAS (state test) essay, which will be graded. Not as huge as a final, though. Glad to be done with bio, though... I think I did good.

My friend in the other Enriched Algebra II/III class took the final today, he said it was much easier than expected. YAY. That is a relief. I need at least an A-... I think. Might need an A if I want to score an A in the class.... but I think an A- will do the trick... Studystudystudy.

Oh, and I'm currently obssed with RENT. Mainly the song Goodbye Love. Unfortunatley, there's no sheet music for the song... the RENT piano/vocal book doesn't include it, according to the website (and that I may or may not have found a website where someone may or may not have scanned their RENT piano/vocal book and put it online for free... in a probably maybe not very legal manner... I DIDN'T DO IT!). So, the only one that might exsist would be non-professionaly transribed... makes me sad...
May the Triforce be with you.

Heso! I just found out that this symbol exists. Isn't it the greatest thing ever‽

I also found this website. Between this and TV Tropes, I don't think I'll ever accomplish anything ever again, but there have been many lols.
"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Hi! The interrobang, huh? Interesting. Personaly, I prefer the good old "?!?".

After way too much work, I'm finally ready to mail my Japanese job applications. I'm also nearly done reading Brave Story and just started playing FFCC The Crystal Bearer. And that pretty much sums up everything I've been doing lately. Not too exciting, but I think I'll have a bit more free time once I get those Japanese applications in the mail. Or, at very least, I'll be working on stuff that doesn't require as much of my attention so I can watch anime while I work.

Oyahou.
Just got my hands on a FFX OST. Currently uploading the songs into my iTunes. <3
I've never personally played the game, but I've watched two of my friends play most of it (never watched the ending, though, and missed a lot of plot points; I didn't even know who Seymour was). It was the first Final Fantasy game I was exposed to, and even without playing it, I fell in love with it (such pretty graphics!) Then I found some of the cutscenes online. In Japanese. And then discovered Morita Masakazu, Nakai Kazuya, AND Suwabe Junichi all had roles. /swoon
Yeah, uh, not liking this game was a lost cause loooong ago.

In other news, this bowl of cantaloupe slices I'm eating for breakfast is...about 80% meh and 20% yummy. :/
Darn dining hall food quality.

Day 10 without my laptop. Rage shall ensue after my psychology test in 45 minutes.

You might want to look up The Black Mages, they remix a bunch of the Final Fantasy music (they've got 3 CD's out now), my favourite being Dancing Mad - Kefka's theme, it's just so... sinister! And over 12 minutes long! Played that song on Audiosurf, making it to the end without hitting any grey blocks as Mono Pro is hard...

You JUST found MLIA? Oh, that's no fun! I've been reading it for nearly a year now :) . I was talking to this kid from MIT (at my friend's house), and I mentioned something, and he was like "you read that on MLIA, didn't you?" and I was like "OMG, you read MLIA!" and he was like "heck yeah!" I love that website. I was the first among my group of friends to start reading it (a friend from camp showed it to me before it was really very popular), and I shared it amongst them... and it is a super awesome website.

Anyway... no school tomorrow. Don't have any finals.

Ugh... my mom forced me to go shopping. She tells me I look nice in the new clothes, and I figure I look better than in a t-shirt and a baggy sweatshirt, but it just feels all wrong. Bleh. I don't know what to think, I have issues.

Silver, what a coincidence. I just found out about MLIA not too long ago too.

Also, interrobang. Nice idea. Wonder if it'll catch on. I dunno, I'm still conditioned to using the typical "?!". But when I was younger I remember occasionally trying to draw a symbol that combined "!" and "?", and here I find one actually exists :-D.

There's nothing wrong with that, I do the same exact thing :-P. A t-shirt and a baggy sweatshirt is pretty much my wardrobe. Plus these cool long-sleeve thermals with hoods. I'm not all for shopping for clothes either. I don't know why, but it always makes me sleepy.

I just had some very good cheesecake. Our elderly neighbors dropped it off, as they usually do when they have food leftover from a party. The only difference was that this actually tasted really good. I told my dad we should ask her where she got it, but he said "She probably doesn't even remember." :drop: My dad doesn't have much confidence in old people.

Ehhh... sorry again peoples! RS... is quite... addicting... hehe, anyways, It feels like it's been... months haha, but really only 15 days, if I am correct (which I am, I checked), anyways.... ARGHHHHH I left my DSi charger in America!!! T.T and I haven't been able to play M&L: Bowser's inside story! Cheez has a new semester starting Monday! :D

Today Cheez checked PVF at school, and it said last post on everything was Aug. 28, and I thought it was another time warp and I broke down crying in the library. That's how much Cheez loves you guys.

Hi! That's weird, Cheez. Fortunately, there wasn't another time warp and, if there was, we'd probably only lose a week or two at most thanks to my backups.

Anyway, my mom, cousin, and I are finally planning to see Avatar today. That's cool. What's not cool is that my mom has become totally addicted to the classes at the new Gold's Gym in town. Actually, I suppose that's ok, she needed a hobby. What I'm not crazy about is that she's dead set on dragging me along today before the movie. I've got nothing against exercise, but I'd much rather stay home and play DDR instead.

In other news, I stopped by Borders the other day to get a book. The computer said they had it, but it wasn't on the shelf so I asked the information person. She checked her computer and said they had it in the back, but probably wouldn't unpack it for at least a week. What the heck is up with that? The lady seemed pretty nice, so I don't really think she was blowing me off, but when I've gone to book stores before looking for a book that they didn't have on the shelf, someone would just go in the back and grab a copy for me. So was it buried under a whole bunch of stuff or was the staff just lazy? And, on that note, why a week? If you've got a book that should be on the self but isn't, I suppose I could accept it taking them a day or two to unpack it if they were really busy (which is certainly didn't look like they were), but a week or more? What the heck?

Wow Josiah that's really weird... I've never heard of a bookstore not being willing to just hop in the back for a few minutes and look for a book - especially with a customer wanting to buy it.

As for Avatar, it is amazing and you will love it! ;-D

And Saber, I know exactly how you feel. I usually just wear baggy t-shirts because they're simple and it doesn't take much effort to make them look half decent with my pants. But lately both my family and my friends have been dragging me around to look less nerdy and I guess it worked - I got complimented on a sweater I was wearing the other day (which I find hilariously ironic, it looks exactly like the Freddy Krueger sweater except it's green and grey stripes).

Heso! You guys too, huh? My problem is that I'm 18 and I dress like I'm 8. See...

"I like shorts! They're comfy and easy to wear!"

And I really don't care that it's January. But Colly insists that I need to start looking older... I mean, after that incident where I got pulled over because I looked too young to drive, I suppose that's a fair point, but... I like my T-shirts, swim trunks, and backwards baseball hat style.
