Re: Return of the Revenge of the Son of Saying Hi to Josiah!
Heso! Well, my life is just awesome right now, let me tell you. I'm being so sincere right now.
Er... seriously, it's not bad... I'm just so freakin' busy. Last night was the school's teacher beauty pageant thing... which, being a Thespian, I had to help MC. I promised I'd help Colly with a research paper that's due Tuesday... but that isn't really a big deal, speaking as an uber AP English student. Speaking of AP English, the Exam is this Thursday. Oh! And so's my driving test! And then Wednesday, in addition to Anime Club, is the school Dance Show. Yeah. SOS-Brigade's in that. Partially. Performing... Agent from Idolmaster. I wish I'd never read the translation of that song's lyrics... it's a brain-breaker... but it's so freakin' catchy! Geh...
Can't wait until next week. I'm going to miss sleeping.

"Irregardless" and "Over exaggerated" are NEVER CORRECT EVER because they are redundant
Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate."
Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

Hi. Not in a particularly good mood myself Silver. But for now I'm running on 3 cups of coffee. Funk and java make for interesting mindset.
AP Testing starts Tuesday for me. Can't wait to fail 4 tests. Actually, I only think I'll actually fail Latin. I heard horror stories from that test.
Last month of high school. Soon I'll be doing nothing in 4 of my classes instead of just Calc III. We had square pie in Calc III.
And cheesecake.

Hihi!
Kaida need to go shopping for work. Kaida made the mistake of telling Toby that she wanted to be a pastry chef. So now Kaida's in charge of deserts, so every week Kaida has to research and make a different desert and present it in Kaida's style. First up it's Lamingtons! Sponge cake with icing and coconut, this shall be fun and interesting. ^_^
Kaida thinks she will start taking piccys of the food she makes for records.

Hey.
Watched Yes Man today. Decent movie, though not as good as I expected it to be, unfortunately.

Hi.
I just realized a thread that went missing with the Time Warp thing.
We lost the thread with all the D/P/P friend codes.

Wow, you sound really busy Silver, I hope you manage to have some fun with all that! That sounds like a good idea Kaida, but I think I'd end up drooling over my keyboard
I was actually planning on renting Yes Man, is it worth the price or just an eh movie?
So I have potentially awesome news. Turns out there's a GameStop that's about a 5 minute block from my house, and out of sheer boredom I started handing out resumes. When I dropped one off at GameStop, the AM told me that they're actually going to hire someone next week! Freakin' awesome luck!

Hi! Actually Neo, the D/P friend code thread is still around. It's in the Pokémon section.
Since I was doing a lot of computer work today I decided to upgrade to IE8. And, while I like 7, 8 seems like it should still be in beta. It's got a few rather notable issues that affect some people, myself included. I fixed one of them, and got the other to the point where it's not that big of a deal but nothing I do seems to fix the last one. Sigh... I could roll back to good old IE7, which worked perfectly, but it'd be a pain. I wonder when the next patch for 8 will be out...

Hi! And I'm back to good old IE7. Not as cool as 8, but it runs better. I'm gonna hold off on 8 until they fix the problem it has with long lists.

Hi! I'm currently on the fence about whether or not to buy Dues Ex on Steam. It's an older shooter/RPG. (which I love, as evidenced in previous passionate speeches about System Shock 2, Bioshock, and Fallout 3) But I'm not sure if I'd play it, since I'm currently in the middle of playing Fallout 3 whilst simultaneously fueling a Left 4 Dead addiction that has been renewed with the addition of the Survival Pack. But then again, the game is only $10 so there's no real loss if I don't play it right away.
Also, the Detroit and Vancouver both won their first games in the second round of the playoffs. w00tsauce.

Hey.
Me arm still hurts :(. Feeling a lot better than yesterday, though, so at least that's something.
Ever played that game Taboo? Fun game. Had an epic game of it yesterday at the sleepover. Lasted like 2 hours-ish. Fuuun game. Lots of laughing.
What Taboo is is there is a word at the top of the card that you are trying to make your partner guess. However, there are 5 other words on the card that you cannot say in trying to make your partner say the top word. You also can't do hand motion, or "rhymes with" or stuff like that.
Well, I was trying to get my friend to say nun (though the actual word was "convent", I needed her to say nun first to get there), but I couldn't say nun, so I said "Uhh....you know how monks are all, 'yo, we're monks?', right?"
Eh....it's probably one of those you had to be there situations, but it was quite hilarious.
Ow...arm hurty. Me tired. I want me new laptop.

Hi! Taboo is lots of fun, as are Scattagories, Balderdash, and Guesstures.
My general thought on game buying is, if it's something I want and it's a good price I might as well go ahead and buy it whether I've got time to play it right away or not. Of course, that attitude has left me with quite a large number of unplayed games so...
In other news, I've got a sore throat. So far, it's looking like it was caused by something I ate yesterday. Hoping that's the case since I don't really want to spend the little bit of vacation I have sick.

Hey guys.
I just got my year book thursday, and I must say it's...pretty plain. It's better then the one I had last year, but I like the one I got freshman year the most. Also, I've decided not to take the ACT this june. My brain is still recovering from the ACT I took a few weeks ago and I havn't even gotten my scores back yet. Also, I'm reading the Great Gastby (God of Empty Wealth) in English. While I do like all the literature we're reading in there, I just wish we could do some grammar work in there.

Hey!
Yeah, arm still hurts, but I has good news! Hold on....let me get the big font...
I GOT MY LAPTOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
YAY! We went to Best Buy and, after some hard descisions and some bargaining with the people there, got me a laptop for 550 bucks, plus 40 (instead of the original 60, we drive a hard bargain :D ) for something to do with making the computer run faster and recovery disks.
I'm still getting used to it, but it runs just as fast as Jeremy, if not a bit faster. I need to give the laptop a name....but what? WHAT?
Eeee...the name can wait, though. I'm super excited to have my laptop! Though, I still have to pay $275, but meh. I'll survive...it's worth it. :D Yay for my late birthday present!
