And no, I'm afraid I didn't take any PLAN test... my school seriously can't decide on one standardized test. It was the "Terra Novas" Freshman year, then last year we had the "NJ Pass" (which I swear they must have made up themselves) and then we've got the "HSPA" (which everyone calls the 'hespa'... it's weird)...

Regardless means "without regard", and adding "ir" on the front actually makes it a double negative; exaggerate means "to overstate" so you're literally saying "over overstate." Example: I can not exaggerate the importance of this fact enough, regardless of how often people ignore it.

We have standardized tests! The HSAs. Which everyone has to pass, hip hip hooray. Not that they're hard or anything....

I've been watching Death Note, and let me tell you, it's one of the best animes i have ever seen. I'm on episode 15, and the plot is just fantastic. Thank you [adult swim]! It's too bad they only have up to episode 14 on youtube though....

DN is amazing! Well, up to episode 26, in my opinion after that is just some weird epilogue of the other part of the series. But yeah, I really hope they didn't kill Ryuk's voice in the dubbed version. L sounded really good actually...

The dubbed version aired on Saturday, and I think it's still up on the Adult Swim website... Ryuk's voice was most certainly not killed. Brian Drummond is the only VA in the dub that I'm even somewhat familiar with, and he's the best. I say this mostly because he was Tiger in Monster Rancher, but also partly because he was responsible for the famous "OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAND!"

Heh, I'll agree that it just wasn't the same after episode 26, but... I did kinda like a certain two characters that didn't appear until after that episode. Even if they were wanna-bes, they weren't so bad. Though their seiyuu couldn't compare to that other character's. Speaking of seiyuu, Shido! Shido is the BEST and he didn't show up until after 26! His Voice Actor was Kazuki Yao - Franky, Jango, AND Bon Clay in One Piece. They better get someone like Scott McNeil to play him in the dub - it's the only way he could be done justice.

Hi! I really need to watch Death Note sometime soon. See, I read the first chapter of the manga when it was first being released and it didn't catch my interest. I basically figured, there isn't much they can do with this, the main character is just too powerful (nearly insta kill anyone who opposes him). Plus I didn't like his personality much. However, after hearing a bit more from a friend of mine, I decided I'd read the entire first graphic novel sometime and give it another chance. But I never got around to it and now that there's an anime out I think I'll just watch that instead. Maybe after I finish R.O.D.

Heso! Yeah, FUNi doesn't like it when people watch stuff that they have the liscence to unless they do it, well, legally. I mean, the other dubbing companies are the same way, except they're more clueless. FUNimation has this tendency to actually LISTEN to the fans. Which is actually why Sanji's cigarette is cmpletely gone. CN said they couldn't keep it, so it was either they leave the lollipop or remove it completely. The fans said, "OH GOD I DON'T WANT TO SEE ANOTHER LOLLIPOP AS LONG AS I LIVE" so now it's gone.
You should still be able to find most of it on Veoh. Who, by the way, no longer require you to download episodes. They stopped doing that because the Naruto fans were cussing off at them for it.
