The mass looms over you for a moment. It then shoot a skull inside a helm at you.

Etana
Somehow, everything seems deserted. The fires aren't hot, either.

Lekani
Triana starts crying.
"I don't w-want to be in here anymore." This reminds you of your present predicament. "I... I know how to make Daemon cards. I might be able to make one and get us out of here. I just... need some things. I need something to write on and something to write with."

Ladra
There doesn't appear to be a rear exit to the keep. Unfortunately, you've been spotted, and the alarm is being sounded. You can see hundreds of knights, soldiers, archers, myrmidons and warriors closing in on the keep. The wheel used to open and close the gate catches your eye.

Agri
After navigating through the maze, you hear footsteps ahead of you.

Kiriyu
"Stop!" Yells an unknown voice, accompanied with a roar. "Lower your weapon! This is the King's road, and the dragons you join arms against are His very own! Who are you?! What do you seek?!"

Amidamaru
(( I'll do that. ))

Zhi
Upon seeing the nearly-fatal accident that occurred, and the luck a healer was there to save him, the men stop fighting and the brawl stops.

"Are we close?" Looks around.

Kiriyu sighed. He had wanted a fight, but, oh well, some extended contact with dragons would be rather nice anyway. He lowered his weapon, and his head towards one of the dragons whom had revealed themselves. "I apologise, I had thought that I was being attacked by bandits. Royal guards tend not to hide in the trees before revealing themselves... Unless they believe they cannot win in a fight against whom they are confronting." He said, a smirk appearing on his face. "But I am simply here on a mission of knowledge. I am searching for imformation on the Laguz, dragons of Goldoa included. Quite frankly, you fascinate me."

[Saber Knight]

Lekani scowled, but remained silent. She saw no reason to push Triana further, she obviously had some sort of amnesia. "Well, I've got nothing to write with on me. I don't exactly carry stuff like that around, that's what servants are for."

Oooh, lookit that! Ladra thought to herself as she spotted the wheel. "Oi! One of you strong knights! Close the door, before all those angry fellows get in here!"

Agri continued his way forward, every sense on edge.

(( speaking for Amidamaru ))
"we'll probably be there by sunrise."

Amidamaru lands at the gate of the capital. It's a very large fortress, with tall stone walls of mountainous height surrounding it. The crest of the capital, which lies upon a hill, reaches even above the height of the walls. Due to the fact that the walls are made of one single piece of stone, you infer that they whole city was carved out of a mountain.

Kiriyu
(( It's not a 'they' it's a 'he'. And I was going to write his dramatic airborn entrance next. When he says dragons plural, he's saying that you, an outsider, drawing your sword in Goldoa i an act of aggression towards all dragons. I'll just continue with it as though you didn't have this misunderstanding. ))
As you look up you see a mighty red dragon dive down and land in front of you in a cloud of dust, sending a powerful tremor through the ground.
"What you seek matters not, and I am not a Royal Guard but a Border Patrolman. I've been following you, since I spotted you wandering into Goldoa. You have entered Goldoa illegally, and you have drawn your blade against one of its protectors. There is a right way and a wrong way to enter Goldoa. I would order you to go back the way you came, but now you've committed a more serious crime."
Before you can react he headbutts you right in the middle of your face and knocks you unconscious.
(( Some time later ))
You wake up in a cell. There are no windows, and thus you can't tell what time it is.
"He's waking up." You hear someone say.
"Very well, then," says another. A white dragon takes you out of your cell and takes you into another room. It's much brighter inside so it takes your eyes a few moments to adjust.

Lekani
Triana thought for a few moments. "Do you have anything that could be used to scratch or etch? Jewelry could work..."

Ladra
One of Gawain's knights runs over to the wheel and cuts the rope, just before the horde of men reaches it.

Agri
You see daylight ahead of you and it's blinding bright, compared to the dark maze. After exiting you're temporarily blinded by the light. When you can see a little bit you see Euriel attacking you with elight.

I rub my eyes sleepily then look at you. "Should you turn back into a human?"

[Eclectric]

Kako
Amidamaru: "Nah, this is fine." Amadamaru walks into the city, carrying you on his back. It seems familiar to you.
"Oh Lady Kako!" You hear someone say in the background, followed by some happy-sounding murmurs.

"Hm?" I look around at the people.

[Metalheadz]

Don't feel shy, Kako. They're perfectly safe people.

I wave to a few of them then wispear to Amidamaru. "How do they know who I am?"

[Eclectric]

Kako
Amidamaru: "Well, there aren't many dragons, so we all pretty much know each other."

[Kaida]

Arvid dodged the skull as it came flying at him. He then changed direction and ran straight at one of the legs. He attacked the leg a couple times before retreating to a safer distance. The legs seemed to be the best thing to attack at the moment.

Etana waved her hand through the fire. "At least no ones here, but why..." she said trailing off, looking around her at the flames. She knelt down to look at where the flames were licking at the wood to see if there was any damage.

"Well now, that's a bit better isn't it." Zhi said as the brawl stopped. He looked around the room at the turned over tables and the general mess the men had made. "I do hope that somebody will clean this mess up" He said to no one in particular.

"Does that mean all these people are dragons?"

Lances stick out from its fist and swipes at you, knocked you to the side. It's damaging, but it would have been lethal if they weren't so old, dull and rusty.

"Someone will. I can tell you where I think your war buddies went to. I remembered something. The last time I saw them, they were talking about crossing the Desert of Death... sure you still wanna go looking for 'em?"
