That also reminds me of...er....this may be a spoiler, so never mind. It concerns Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door. Fun game.

The whole last chapter of Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door focuses on the Shadow Queen's palace. The queen is the final boss, and is... extremely hard for me. Also, there's a Shroob Queen that looks like Princess Peach in Mario and Luigi: Partners in Time.
