No. No, they don't.
Also, a wobbuffet's power depends entirely on the predictability of his opponent-which is one reason I relish any chance to use them. They punish people for predictibility.
And Silver, er...that's your birthday present. I lied though, it hasn't been mailed yet. Soon, though.

Foment: (verb) To excite or arouse, i.e. 2014's Week of Randomness hopes to foment some activity on the forums.

Brutum Fulmen: (senseless thunderbolt) This phrase, coined by Pliny the elder, is used to refer to an empty threat.

It was lonely... you promised you'd write to me, but you never did... the months passed by, and I still thought of you every day, but you never called. I never got any letters from you.
So eventually, I started to lose faith... I thought you had been killed in that terrible, terrible war. Or maybe that you had forgotten about me. It's been so long, you probably found another girl over there... I never stopped loving you, but I didn't think you cared about me anymore, so welcoming you back just would have been too painful for me... I'm sorry. I'm glad you've come back home *sniff*
1. Wobuffet: My thoughts on this is that it has around a 50% chance of countering the opponents attack and if it does it successfully that often leads to an instant KO. In my mind it's a bit unbalanced, however I don't really like banning any pokémon (although Deoxys is a must since a properly trained one can also always strike first and one hit KO nearly anything) so if enough people are ok with wobuffet being allowed I'll change the rule.
2. You don't need to have a legendary in your party but you are allowed one if you want to.
3. Your pokémon will obey you in level 100 mode regardless of your badges. They just don't gain moves or EVs so having all the moves you want and getting your EVs maxed first is recommended.
4. To find your friend code get a Pal Pad (go to the basement of any Pokémon Center and talk to the people there for the first time). Next ask one of the people down there to let you connect to the internet. That'll get you your code which from that point on can be checked any time be using your Pal Pad (in the Key Items pocket).
5. I haven't heard much about a start date. If people don't give opinions I'll just have to pick one at random (like say October 1st). Anyway, once the official start date has been set you'll have until two days before said date to send me your finalized team lists.
