There were originally supposed to be a couple extra strips that take place between the current strips five and six. The first was about a comment Brendan's mom made in the game about how, now that they have a new house, he finally has his own room. Which raises the question of where he slept before. But, before that strip was finished I discovered that someone had just beaten me to the punch on the whole Pokémon sprite comic thing and already done a joke similar to what I had planned so I decided to just skip it. In retrospect, I should have just gone ahead with my version... The other missing strip was based on the part in the game where Brendan's mom tells him that his dad was on TV. I always planned to do a strip about that but I forgot and by the time I remembered it was too late to go back and change things.
